Maybe not all day, but certainly a solid 90 minutes!  This class explores the production methods winemakers use to create our favorite pink drink.  We’ll learn about direct press, short maceration, saignée and blending. And then — the best part — we’ll taste through an international mix of wines representing these production methods including sparkling and oak fermented/aged styles. We’ll even try a wine from a region that only produces rosé.  Includes 7 wines and perfectly paired gourmet cheeses and snacks.
